SUTECH uses both training and placement philosophy, preferring to provide the participant wit as much real work experience as possible to ready the participant to be placed in unsubsidized employment positions.

SUTECH was founded in 1986 to provide vocational and technical training and education in lathe machine and numeric control technology. In July 1990, SUTECH opened is first Branch in Anaheim, California. In 1996, based on a market research, SUTECH open up its course in Microcomputer Applications and Microcomputer Technician to fulfill the market’s high demand in these fields. By 1997 the school improves its facilities to better accommodate the students. In December 1997 approved for the Light Mechanic, Upholstery, Building Maintenance, Welder, Fashion Design, and Medical Assistant courses was received. In June 2002 SUTECH open its first satellite in the Panorama City and the Child Care Provider course is approved. The Solar Energy System Installer course was opened in October 2009 and in July 2010 the Green Building: Retrofitting and Weatherization training to help to conserve our environment and saving energy cost making a home more comfortable and energy-efficient.

OBJECTIVES & PHILOSOPHY

The philosophy of the school is directed towards providing students the opportunity to achieve their career goals in an individualized and positive environment. Students who need more time to practice or study receive this at no further cost. The instructional methods and techniques assure our students of being ready for employment in the shortest possible time. To accomplish this, we offer small class sizes combined with competency based training methods, programs and materials.
